Gift Wrap – Introduced in 1985, the factory box of a Casio SK-1 sampling keyboard appears as it did three decades prior save for a small fragment of holiday-hued wrapping paper. Held in place by a remnant of clear tape, through the paper’s digital reconstruction the presumed gift is perpetually repackaged and opened, revealing and concealing the demonstration song permanently imbedded into the toy piano.
